Returns & Exchanges

At AURORI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for return or exchange

Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

  • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender

  • AURORI reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time
